Using the Design Editor, you can easily modify and customize any website design with simple to use tools. You can make changes to fonts, colors, background images, and much more. Every change that is made is previewed in the Design Editor in real time and, when finished, you can publish the changes live or save your work to return later.

Adding simple attributes to your design templates will allow you to take advantage of the Design Editors powerful features.

Base

The Base section of the Design Editor allows you to make site-wide changes to the look and feel of your background and content areas.  This section will help you define an overall look and feel for your site.  This is a good starting point for using the Design Editor.  Changes made in the Nav and Content areas of the Design Editor will allow those sections to have a custom look and feel different than what was selected in the Base sections.

Nav

The Navigation section of the Design Editor allows you to change the styling of your Navigation.  Though an overall look and feel is set in the Base section, any changes made in the Navigation section will override the Base section.

Content

The Content section(s) of the Design Editor allows you to change the styling of each of your content regions.  Though an overall look and feel is set in the Base section, any changes made in the Content section(s) will override the Base section.
